How do I make my first coffee with NEO?
Turn the machine on by pressing the ON/OFF button on the side. Before brewing your first coffee, make sure you’ve rinsed your NEO coffee machine. Choose your pod & adjust the drip tray, remember to always seal the pod bag to keep them fresh for the best aroma. Press the start button, and there you have it, your first NEO cup of coffee.

How do I connect my NEO machine to my phone?

How do I register my NEO machine?
Stay better connected with your NEO machine by registering it. All you have to do is log in to your account and go to the 'My Machines' tab to register it. Discover more information here.
Why won't my NEO coffee machine switch on?
Don't panic if your NEO machine won’t switch on right away. Double-check that it's correctly plugged in, and try to switch it on once more.

How do I reset my NEO machine?
